At AU-SILKSILKY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury silk purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the silk garments in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
